I had the pleasure of enjoying some exhilarating hikes nearby and the convenience of free parking and WiFi onsite. Plus, the cozy cottage had all the kitchen essentials I needed, including towels for my use.
Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of having to rely on public areas for WiFi access. How quaint!

My recent stay at Frome Cottages was a pleasant one. I stayed for a week and it was the perfect base for exploring the area. The location was great, with The Acorn pub just a short walk away, where we enjoyed delicious meals each night. The area was quiet, allowing us to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the fresh air. Even though a noisy duck would wake us up in the mornings, it added a touch of charm to our stay. Additionally, the cottage was spacious and conveniently located near our family, making it easy to visit them. a fantastic experience.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely adored the charming and cozy decoration of the cottage. The floral wallpaper and quaint furniture made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. It was such a pleasure being able to navigate around the cottage without any difficulties.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could have provided a few more options for entertainment specifically tailored for senior guests.

The cottages at Frome Cottages were absolutely charming! We loved the cozy feel and the homely decor. The two bathrooms were a big plus, with one featuring a bath and a hairdryer, while the other had a shower. As a family with kids, it was super convenient to have multiple bathrooms to get ready quickly in the mornings. We felt right at home and the kids loved it too!
Personally, I found one small thing that I didn't like. The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in certain areas of the cottage.

The location was great, close to everything we needed. We loved the fact that the cottage was spacious and next to our family. Plus, the Acorn pub was just a stone's throw away, so we could enjoy some delicious meals there.
We had some issues during our stay. We had to track down the owner ourselves, which was frustrating.

I enjoyed the convenient hiking nearby, the free parking and WiFi, and the fact that I could play with kitchenware.
How unfortunate that I couldn't find a welcome bottle of wine waiting for me in the tiny bed and bedroom. So disappointing.
